To Americans, Israelis can come across as rude, aggressive and inefficient. But Israelis actually see themselves as honest, direct and creative and view Americans as distant, overly formal and inflexible.

These major differences in business cultures can create a ton
of friction and conflict.

I understand how both cultures work and think and I’ll helpyou work with Israelis to leverage their talent and innovation.

As a child, I grew up in both Israel and the US. As an executive,
I led the integration of an Israeli site post-acquisition and helped
many US-Israel teams collaborate successfully by leveraging their culture gaps.
