experience, organizational expertise and personal strengths and traits.
To me, this is a supportive process of confidentiality and trust, aimed to help
leaders achieve their professional, organizational and personal goals.
It is a personalized approach that recognizes the uniqueness of each executive,
their challenges and aspirations - and caters the development work with each.
Being a senior executive is a lonely job, where blind spots, comfort zones and even glass ceilings are often met. One of my goals and passions is to raise self-awareness and see leaders move past their own barriers into new territories of success.
